These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FrameOne mobile application and related website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FrameOne.

1. The Service

FrameOne is a camera and creative tool for iPhone. Features may include manual camera controls, photo and video capture, LUT import and processing, saved styles, and access to media stored on your device. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the app evolves.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, LUT files, and other material you create or import (“Your Content”). You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture, edit, store, and share Your Content. FrameOne does not claim ownership of Your Content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to violate another person’s rights or any law. You are responsible for the device, Apple account, and software needed to use the app.

4. Availability and warranty

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Camera behavior, supported formats, performance, and available controls can vary by iPhone model and iOS version. To the extent permitted by law, FrameOne is provided without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameOne and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
