This Privacy Policy explains how FrameOne handles information when you use the FrameOne mobile application and website (the “Service”). We designed the app to keep your creative work on your device whenever possible.

1. Information processed on your device

FrameOne may request access to your camera, microphone, and photo library so you can capture and review photos and videos. Camera and microphone data is used to provide capture features. Photos, videos, imported LUT files, and saved styles are processed or stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them through another app or service.

2. Information we collect

The FrameOne app does not require an account and does not send your camera feed, microphone recording, photo library, or imported LUT files to us. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and the contents of your request, so we can respond.

3. Website analytics and third parties

This static website does not use advertising cookies or a user tracking profile. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and styling from the Tailwind CSS CDN. Those providers may receive standard request information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. You can block third-party requests through your browser settings or content blocker.

4. Data retention and security

App data stored locally is managed by your device and iOS. We keep support emails only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable business records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the information we handle.

5. Your choices

You can manage camera, microphone, and photo permissions in iOS Settings. You can delete local app data by deleting the app, subject to iOS backups you control. You can contact us to ask questions about information you have sent directly to us.

6. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes and contact
